NBC protective clothing - bidders notice: The German BWB national armaments directorate has issued a notification for the benefit of potential subcontractors indicating that it has invited a number of companies to submit proposals for the manufacture and supply of lightweight personal nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) protective clothing for use by German Army personnel. The required clothing consists of a permeable one-piece protective suit which, together with the NBC protective masks, gloves and overboots, provides protection from NBC agents in the form of gases aerosols and drops. Companies interested in possible subcontracts or licensing opportunities associated with this program should contact either the issuing authority or any of the following invited firms as soon as possible for additional details: Feuchter GmbH (Austria); Amba Gate GmbH, BATEX Technische Textilien GmbH, Blücher GmbH, Helsatech GmbH, Kärcher Futuretech GmbH, and Tekskon GmbH (all from Germany).
