Armoured vehicle support: The Australian Department of Defence has announced that it is seeking suitably qualified companies capable of undertaking the through-life-support of the Australian Army's new armoured family of vehicles. These include the 59 M1A1 Abrams main battle tanks, the seven M88A2 Hercules armoured tank recovery vehicles and the 257 ASLAV light armoured vehicles.
