Founded in Geneva in 1990, Defence and Aerospace Publishing Services (Switzerland) S.A. - DAPSS S.A. - publishes the Military Procurement International (MPI) newsletter, as well as a large database on CD-ROM, Military Research & Analysis (MR&A). The very experienced DAPSS staff also provide specialist international Consultancy, for government and industry clients. The company is run by a group of former editors, including three former editors-in-chief, from International Defense Review and Interavia Aerospace Review. They can call on a global network of sources, built up over decades.
