Formation
of Patria Land & Armament Oy
As of March 31, 2008, Patria Weapon Systems Oy has been merged with Patria Vehicles Oy to form a new company called Patria
Land & Armament Oy. The merger and the change of company name do not
affect any contracts or other commitments.
Patria is
owned by the State of Finland (73.2%) and EADS
N.V. (26.8%). It is organised into
three Business Segments: * Land Solutions (Land
& Armament, Nammo, Patria
Hägglunds and Eurenco); *
Systems & Services (Aviation and Systems); and * Other Operations (Aerostructures, Vammas
