POLAND
Communications and surveillance systems: The Polish Ministry of
Defence has announced that it is seeking suitably qualified companies capable of
manufacturing and delivering various types of radio communications and
surveillance equipment for deployment by the Polish Army. The selected
contractor will also need to undertake the assembly and installation of the
systems, as well as providing appropriate training and other support services.
The contract is expected to commence on 20 May 2008 and run for a period of six
months. Companies wishing to be associated in any manner with this procurement
should contact the issuing authority directly for more complete technical and
