Rigid hulled work boat: The New Zealand Ministry of
Defence has announced that it is seeking suitably qualified companies capable of
supplying the Royal New Zealand Navy with a rigid hulled inflatable work boat.
The new vessel will replace the present 6m work boat currently in use on board
HMNZS Manawanui. Since registrations of interest from potential prime
contractors were due as we closed for press, companies wishing to participate in
any way in this procurement should contact the issuing authority immediately for
