C-295 transport aircraft ordered
The Colombian
Air Force has ordered four EADS-CASA
C-295 transport aircraft for some E100 million (US$158.4 million). The first
three will be delivered in 2008 and the fourth in 2009.
EADS-CASA
sold two of its smaller CN-235-200 Maritime Patrol Aircraft to the Colombian Navy in 2004. These were equipped to help combat drugs
